We are committed to providing medical care to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. All patients have the opportunity to apply for our MVP program, a federally supported sliding fee scale program based on income and family size only. Our locations offer this program to assist with on-site services and also referrals for dental and specialty care.

In order to be eligible, you must self-declare or provide acceptable proof of income and a list of all household members. The eligibility requirements are based on the federal poverty guidelines published annually by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
